Duration: Approximately 3 hours

Group size: This is an intimate, hands-on workshop with a limited number of guests.

What to expect: You’ll be cooking alongside Yasmeen, learning techniques and recipes as you go. The workshop is informal and interactive, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, taste and explore the flavours of Burmese cuisine.

Dietary requirements: Please let us know about any dietary requirements or food allergies when booking. As the workshop involves preparing and tasting a range of dishes, we recommend checking with us before booking if you have significant allergies or dietary restrictions.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing is recommended. You’ll be working in a kitchen, so flat, comfortable footwear is advisable.

Skill level: No previous cooking experience is required. The workshop is suitable for both enthusiastic beginners and more experienced home cooks.

Please note: This is a participatory cooking experience rather than a demonstration. Guests should be prepared to stand and work in the kitchen for periods of time.
